Shwe Letyar Sushi offers fresh and delicious sushi and Burmese specialties including Burmese Style Stir-Fry, Fermented Tea Salad (Laphet Thoke), Mohinga Fish Soup (Monk Hkin Hka), and Sesame Glutinous Rice Pyramids.
Jadim initially learned to cook rice alongside her mother when she was a young child. As she got older, her mother taught her how to make many more dishes to feed her family, including her five siblings.
After graduating high school, Jadim spent five years in Malaysia. It was there that she met her future husband and was also introduced to sushi, which has become her favorite food.
After lots of experimentation and practice to perfect her sushi-making skills, Jadim now wants to share her love of sushi with her customers through Shwe Letyar Sushi.
